15-4-1 Liberec, Czech Republic – The foundation stone for the new Busch Vyroba production facility has been laid in Liberec, in the Czech Republic. The new facility is scheduled to be finished and commence production in 2015.
Busch Vyroba in Liberec is located close to the German border and the city of Dresden. Since 2005 numerous components for Busch Produktions GmbH in Maulburg have been produced in Liberec, and the Tyr range of rotary lobe blowers is manufactured here independently.
The foundation stone ceremony was conducted by Dr. Karl Busch, Michael Dostalek (Czech production facility managing director), Prof. Dr. Zdenek Kus (Rector of Liberec Technical University) and Jiri Rozkovec (construction company project manager).
Busch in Liberec now employs 37 staff, and is approaching the limits imposed by the current space and number of employees. It was therefore decided to build a new and larger facility in Liberec, to invest in machinery and to create 60 new jobs.
We are pleased to congratulate our colleagues in the Czech Republic on their new production facility, and wish them every success in their endeavours.
