背景調查對獵頭意義的介紹
背景調查是指通過從外部求職者提供的證明人或以前工作的單位那里搜集資料,來核實求職者的個人資料的行為,是一種能直接證明求職者情況的有效方法。背景考察既可在深入面試之前也可在其后進行。這將花費一定的時間和財力,但一般仍值得去做。
Background check refers to the act of verifying the personal information of job seekers by collecting information from external job seekers or previous employers. It is an effective method to directly prove the situation of job seekers. Background checks can be conducted either before or after the in-depth interview. 背景調查的做法通常有三種:

1)推薦候選人之前,做好背景調查,將背調報告和候選人推薦報告一起發給企業。這是更的方式,也是更難的。國內的候選人還沒有養成這樣的職業習慣。

2)候選人接受Offer,提出離職之后,做完背景調查。這時候的候選人去向已定,比較容易獲得更多的背調對象。

3)候選人入職后,表現和實際情況不符,需要做更深入的背調。

如果是獵頭顧問做的背景調查更好在候選人上班之前做完;如果是企業自己做的,更好在候選人保證期結束之前做完。

因此獵頭對于背調還是應當慎重的,一份詳盡的背調不僅是對企業的負責,也是對獵頭顧問生涯的負責,像那些獵頭公司排名的企業中的顧問,他們是非常看重背調的。一旦發現被調查對象有重大問題,都會及時反饋給企業,有時甚至會放棄服務費,因為很多東西,尤其是在行業中的信譽并不是可以帶來的。
